Dynamostol A/S accepts payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. No charges will be made to your account until your goods have been dispatched.
All amounts are in Euro - and is also shown including VAT.
Dynamostol uses approved payment servers which encrypt all of your card details via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your details cannot be read by others.
Dynamostol delivers on all weekdays using GLS.
Dynamostol offers its consumers a two-year warranty in accordance with the regulations set out in the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which apply to normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear that have occurred either directly or indirectly as a result of improper use, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Any warranty claims relating to faults and deficiencies must be reported to Dynamostol within a reasonable time frame once the fault or deficiency has been discovered or should have been discovered.

You have a fourteen-day cooling-off period during which you can return products purchased via the Dynamostol web shop.
This period starts from the day on which you receive your order.
The cost of return shipping is covered by Dynamostol.
You must notify Dynamostol of your decision to return your order by no later than fourteen days after making the purchase, after which time you will then have a further fourteen days by which to return your parcel.
Notification must be made telephone on (+45) 4675 0970 or by sending an email to email@example.com. Please state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is required to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way it functions.
