RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return a product, contact us via info@dynamostol.dk or on tel. +45 4675 0970.
Then we'll arrange a collection.
When you contact us, you need to provide your order number or customer number, which is usually your phone number and is written in the top right-hand corner of the order confirmation sent to you.
Put the chair back in the same box it came in and seal the box with tape.
GLS will collect the chair within 2-3 working days.
All trial chairs are new, so you can just keep the trial chair if you wish to buy it. This saves both time and CO2.
State of returned item:
DYou are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works.
