Payment
We accept payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and EAN. Payment will only be taken from your account once the item has been dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner are stated as inclusive of VAT.
Dynamostol uses approved payment servers, which encrypt all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your details cannot be read by others.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card once the item has been dispatched.
Shipping
Dynamostol deliver on all weekdays with GLS or GLS local partner. When ordering and paying on Dynamostol's website, all packages in the EU are delivered free of charge within 3-5 work days.
Right to cancel
As a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel your order when you shop with us.
The right to cancel expires 14 days following the day you received your item. If you have ordered several products in one order, but they are delivered separately, the right to cancel expires 14 days from delivery of the last item.
If the order consists of several sections or parts, the right to cancel expires 14 days following the day you receive the last section or part.
The deadline means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to notify us that you wish to cancel. You can send an e-mail to info@dynamostol.dk or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of returns policy page.
You cannot cancel your order by refusing to accept the item without notifying us first.
Cancellation of part of the order
If you have purchased several items from us, you can return one of more items, even though they are part of the same order.
Please note that you will not get free return shipping if you have cancelled part of your order.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
We bear the return costs on all products returned within 14 days.
We will order a GLS collection.
State of returned item
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way other than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and, in some cases, may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, the value of the item may decrease. You can always contact us to order the correct packaging.
Refunding the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you can get a full refund. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money to the same payment method that you used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We can retain payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of return.

You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and by delivering the item in person to the above address. Please contact us beforehand so we can be ready to receive the returned item.
Refunds
If we have agreed a refund, you will be required to provide your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right to complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
You can make a complaint within a "reasonable timeframe" once you have discovered the fault in the item. If you complain within two months after discovering the fault, your complaint will always be timely.
Once a complaint has been justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in responsible packaging. Please also remember to get a receipt for your shipping, so we can refund your shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We require the following data when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. no. and e-mail address.
We only register and forward the personal data necessary to delivery the item to you.
Personal data is registered at Dynamo Stol ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is erased.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can give your data sufficient protection.
The data controller at dynamostol.dk is Dynamo Stol ApS.
You have the right to see which data we process about you.
If you believe the data to be incorrect, you are entitled to have it corrected. In some instances, we are obliged to erase your personal data at your request. This could be if your data is no longer required for the purpose we originally required it for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed illegally.
